British International Schools Awards 2018
​
Harrow International School Bangkok won the British International Schools Award for ‘Outstanding Community Project’, which was, in fact, the work done in conjunction with MEP on the Thai/Myanmar border and inside Myanmar itself. One of its main features has been the award of Cambridge certificates to over 600 teachers in the migrant and refugee communities and inside Burma.
Entries for the British International Schools Awards came from schools in 38 countries. In this context, the award validates this project as being the best of its type in the world.​
