Corporate Partnership

In 2022 MEP and iPac launched a new partnership. Working together, our aim is to raise the profile of the important work with refugee, displaced and migrant teachers and children from Myanmar. We hope to raise awareness and at the same time to raise money to support the projects which MEP are running inside Myanmar and on the Thai/Myanmar border.

With many years of experience in thermoformed packaging design and production, iPac are market leaders in the food packaging industry. Setting new standards for industry quality and accredited by the leading global brand and consumer protection scheme, BRCGS, iPac have quickly built a reputation for delivering innovative, volume-driven bespoke packaging solutions designed to reduce plastic and increase efficiencies. iPac’s future-proofing approach to plastic packaging is helping to shape the industry. Working with customers to achieve sustainability targets by optimising recycled content and product recyclability whilst embarking on numerous sustainability focused R&D projects, iPac is creating sustainable packaging for the here and now and the future.

Sponsoring MEP in the Great North Run

A big thank you to Jonny Catto, the Managing Director of iPac Packaging Innovations, for raising £5,000 for MEP by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Jonny is pictured here being presented with a pair of guardian Chinthe by our Founder Bob Anderson and Trustee Chris Crick, who brought the statues back from their recent trip to Myanmar.

This amazing feat follows Jonny's fundraising challenge last year, when he climbed Ben Nevis with his son Henry who was six at the time! Along with his father and mother, Henry raised £1694.
